How to delete your data

ChatAndCart stores customer-service conversations, contacts, and messages on behalf of the business you interacted with. To request deletion of the data we hold about you:

1. Remove ChatAndCart from your Facebook/Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), which automatically notifies us, or
2. Email admin@chatandcart.com from your registered address with the subject “Data Deletion”.

We process all requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
